PAST LIFE REGRESSION THERAPY

Real Stories

Here I have posted a few examples of reactions from my clients. To protect their privacy, the names were changed. The stories have been shortened, but most significant facts remain the same.

We are all different and every story experienced in the regression session is different, too. These stories are here to give you the opportunity to see how the method works.

Kelly decided to conquer her fears shortly after she got married. She and her husband longed for a child, or a few children, but she felt one serious obstacle - she suffered from a terrible fear of giving birth to a child. It gave her dreadful nightmares. After she tried various relaxation methods, yoga, positive affirmations, which had helped her to feel more relaxed but hadn´t removed the fear, she decided to search for the actual reason. In the regression session she went back to the moment of her own birth. Her mother has a very long, extremely problematic and painful labour. Kelly experienced again the feelings of being under terrible pressure, inability to move, suffocation and desperation from it all. She got to the most painful area of her unconsciousness, which had been causing her irrational fears. Once the suppressed memories got to the surface, they stopped to haunt her immediately. At present, she´s the happy mother of a healthy baby girl.

Jason was a tall, handsome man who had a good career in an international company. Although the idea of reincarnation seemed unusual to him, he wanted to find the reason for his problems in relationships with women. He had a few long-term partnerships, but all his previous girl-friends parted with him because of his jealousy and possessiveness. Jason didn´t consider himself jealous or possessive, but thought he had some kind of bad luck.

In the regression, Jason went back to a tribe somewhere in Africa which had a few hundred members. Jason was the king. He had the power, all the wealth, set the rules and controlled the tribe by means of fear. Jason remembered how good he felt on the throne and how much he enjoyed his absolute power. All the people were afraid of him and he had sent many members of his tribe to a certain death because of their disobedience.

Jason´s role was to realize that he had brought certain behaviour patterns from the past into his present life. He could use his independence, strength, decisiveness and leadership qualities at work but was not allowed to apply the same in relationships with women anymore. Still in the regression, he called on all the people he had hurt in the past and asked them for forgiveness. He felt deeply sorry for his past behaviour because he could look at it with new eyes and different values. He also met his ex-girfriends in the regression and they told him how uncomfortable they had actually felt. Jason could see that it was mainly his fault that the relationships hadn't worked out.

Another important thing Jason learned was the reason why he incarnated to his parents, who were strict and punished him for little mistakes. He understood the background of the situation, therefore was able forgive and severe unhealthy emotional connections with them.

After the regression, Jason felt deeply relieved. He said that the regression has helped him to look at himself from a distance and find the core of deep subconscious issues about which he wasn´t aware.

Michelle´s mother passed away five years ago, when she was 18 years old, and Michelle was still grieving. Still she could not find peace. She couldn´t understand why her mother died and felt guilty because she hadn't been able to tell her mother goodbye. In this case, we invited Michelle´s mother into the regression so the two of them could see each other on a higher level. Michelle told her mother how sad and unhappy she felt that she couldn´t part with her. She also wanted to know how she was on the other side. Michelle´s mother was glad that they could meet and explained to Michelle that she wasn´t allowed to be on earth any longer. They told each other things for which they didn´t have time when Michelle's mother was alive and then they said good bye. After this meeting, Michelle felt she was free at last and could continue on her own life path.

She still misses her mother, but the sadness and guilt don't interfere with her life.

Robert wanted to know, why he had had serious heart illness since his early age.

In the regression he went to a historical era of long-continuing wars. He was one of the soldiers defending his land. All his life at that time was preparing to fight, fighting and preparing to fight again. At that time, he was very proud of his physical appearance, fighting abilities and courage. He relied purely on his mind and physical power. Robert learned that in his present lifetime he must un-learn being purely rational. As to the question of why he had his heart illness he got the answer that his illness is here to remind him that his heart (the seat of love and emotions) also exists and requires attention. Besides the past life, he remembered how coldly he often behaved towards his family and friends. Now he was able to start making conscious changes in his life, making it nicer for himself and those around him.

It has been scientifically proven that most illnesses have a psychosomatic aspect to them. There are certain correlations between illnesses and their "causes", yet every person has an individual story.

Patricia was the mother of two children. She enjoyed her position as wife and mother, so she felt surprised by her sudden urge to go to the university and then to try and make a career. This wish came unexpectedly, shortly after she was 30. At the beginning, she thought it was only a temporary matter, but the wish grew stronger. Her inner conflict was that she felt good at home and didn´t feel like making any changes.

In the regression Patricia went to England in the 17th century where she was the son (change of sexes is an absolutely normal occurrence) of a wealthy colonist. He married soon, had a few children, lead a happy and comfortable life. He had older brothers who took care of the large heritage and he had no ambitions to grow professionally. After some time, he started to feel bored, but did nothing to change his situation. Before he died, he saw how empty his life had been and that he hadn´t developed his potential.

Patricia recognised that the urge she was feeling was calling of her soul to reach something outside her home. Still in the regression, she had resolved her inner conflict and felt clearly which direction to take.

Mark came for a regression session with the problem of not being able to accept authority. He had had this problem since early childhood - with parents, later with teachers, now with his boss.

In the regression he found himself in Egypt, in approximately the 19th century. He was a poor Egyptian boy, growing up close to the desert and pyramids. When he was in his teens, a group of foreigners came to the village. Most of the people were older men. Mark was fascinated by their clothing and tools, and offered his help. The men accepted his offer and later they started to exploit the hidden parts of one pyramid. Mark didn´t understand why they went there at night, but believed the leader of the group, that his role was to carry heavy tools. When they got to the centre, the men started to search for gold and in the process destroyed everything indiscriminately. Mark started to feel disappointed. He openly protested, told the men that he would call the villagers and wanted to run away. On the way from the pyramid, somebody ambushed him from behind and killed him.

Mark understood that his inner resistance towards authorities had its root in that past life, when he was deceived by people whom he had admired and obeyed. His old blockages were healed during the session.

After the week, Mark called me to tell me that ever since the very first day after the regression, his boss was behaving in a very different, positive way and that they have no more conflicts.

The ending of this story sounds like a "miracle", but this happens more often than one might think. There's nothing mysterious behind such a sudden change in others' behaviour towards us. It´s an old saying shown to be true - if we can change ourselves, we can change the world.
