The Vesica Piscis Symbol
This is the Vesica Piscis, one of the last major symbols I'd like you to know. We will encounter it in the #5 card, The Hierophant.
I am linking you below to a great article by Professor Charles R. Henry of the Department of Sculpture, Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, Virginia about this symbol, which has been particularly popular with the Roman Catholic Church down through the ages.
The Vesica Piscis is the almond-shaped oval between the two spheres you see above. It is actually formed by pulling the two spheres apart, so there is a lot of energy in this symbol.
It is Henry's unique idea to put a pyramid in the Vesica Piscis. I see no great virtue or revelation in doing this, but the site has great graphics and will explain the symbol very well. Please visit the site if you wish.
These forms are from the Sacred Geometry Coloring Book. They are [l to r] Genesis, Seed of Life, Egg of Life, and Second Vortex Rotation. Some of you may like to visit this world. It's stepping off into another sub-world in metaphysics and we are sightseeing again.
This is the end of the slide show.
