Mail, not a human.
This
permits you to hear calls at your convenience,
get the entire gist of the conversation
and carefully consider your response
before replying.

Don't resent the answering machine.
Answering
machines are your friend. Answering
machines put some space between you
and your client while permitting you
to be reasonably timely in your responses.
9.
Don't listen to advice from extroverts.
It won't work.
10.
Have confidence in the knowledge that
some of the world's greatest salespeople
are introverts. (Who knew?)
